We're previledged to be affiliated with Pilates St.Vital, a fully equipped Pilates Studio and the training centre in Manitoba (Pilates Certification Manitoba). 

Pilates St.Vital offered a variety of classes from Matwork to machine based classes like the Reformer, Cadillac and  Chair. In addition, we often include small equipments like soft ball, toning balls, balance cushions, fitness circles, balancing ball and foam rollers in our workout classes.
